SCOPE OF WORK
Precision Machining and fabrication and installation. We have the capacity and resources to manufacture new and also to strip, assess and repair existing equipment to original condition. Some of the equipment already repaired has exceeded previous refurbished operation cycle.
Fabrication includes structural, pipe work, tanks, equipment and installation thereof.
Precision machining includes Line boring, facing, turning, drilling, tapping, slotting, milling, on-site line boring. New equipment such as Machining Center enables precise machining of components.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Cureton has implemented a quality management system and is continuously maintained to meet customer requirements. The system complies with ISO 9001:2008.
As part of the quality system the following is offered when required by purchase order or contract requirements:
- a) Quality control plans
- b) Material certification
- c) Welding procedures and welder qualifications
- d) N.D.E reports and Technician qualifications
- e) Stress relieving charts
- f) Dimensional and Paint Inspection reports
- g) N.C.R’s/ Concessions
- h) As built Drawings
- i) Final inspection and release reports
All Non destructive tests and third party inspections are conducted by government authorized organizations. Prior to any inspection activities being performed, procedures and technicians qualifications will be submitted for approval by the customer.
All welding is performed to manufacturing codes as stipulated by the customer. New welding procedures are being qualified to enable a wider range of welding activities to be covered.
